I had a few tank tops left over from my maternity wear, and they were obviously too big! This easy-to-do, no-sew, pattern was a great way to salvage these tanks and let me continue to wear them!
- Put the shirt on and pinch the sides to the desired tightness. Measure how much you have pinched.
 - Turn the shirt inside out.
 - Cut open the sides. (If you are using a men's shirt, you can cut the bottom hem off so the bottom of the shirt curls up and gives it a more feminine look. You can also cut in a U shape, smaller in the middle area, to make men's shirts look more girlie.)
 - Fray the sides. Cut them the same length that you measured in step one.
 - Tie knots with frays across from each other.
 - Flip right side out...and
 - WAHLAA! You're finished!
